New Client Forms
For your convenience, we have made a number of forms available for new clients to download. We encourage you to read over the Client Handbook and initial/sign the last two pages.
Methods of Payment
The Next Step Counseling Services, LLC accepts Tricare, Humana, Anthem, Cigna, Medicaid and most private insurances. We also accept private pay referrals. Additionally, our office accepts cash, check and credit card payments. Fees are due at the time of service.
Our office requires a 24 hour notice in order to cancel an appointment. All appointments cancelled or not kept without a 24 hour notice will incur the full session charge.
